Erin Lynch, PhD, EdD, CRA is an acclaimed scholar and equity-driven innovator serving as President of the QEM Network, established in 1989. QEM currently supports over 900 Colleges and Universities in R&D Ecosystem Development. With over $67 million in funded awards and over $1 billion in proposals developed, Dr. Lynch' is a national expert in funding acquisition strategy, and her work transforms research development ecosystems. She has served in two National Academy committees regarding MSI research development, the Carnegie Classification Committee to redefine Research Classification for all American colleges and universities, and the American Council for Education Technical Review Panel that developed the Access and Earnings Visualization Tool for IPEDS institutions. As creator of WeHBSeeU TV—a digital network on RokuTV and AppleTV—Dr. Lynch merges her expertise in psychology, curriculum, and nonprofit leadership to champion STEM inclusion, digital equity, and capacity building nationally through documentaries, her talk show WeHBSeeU Wednesdays, as well as her research publications in Peabody Journal of Education, Diverse Magazine, and article coming soon to ISSUES in Science and Technology Magazine this fall.
